IAF Online Recruitment 2018: Indian Air Force (IAF) has released a recruitment notification for filling up vacant posts of Airmen in Group “X” Trades (Except Education Instructor Trade) And Group “Y” Trades {Except Automobile Technician, Ground Training Instructor, Indian Air Force (Police), Indian Air Force (Security) And Musician Trades} for intake 02/2019. Eligible candidates can apply online from 03.07.2018 to 24.07.2018.

Name of the Trade:
1. Group ‘X (Technical)
2. Group ‘Y’ (Non-Technical)

Qualification:
For Group ‘X’: Intermediate (10+2) Pass with with Mathematics, Physics and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English OR Three years Diploma Course in Engineering with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in diploma or in Intermediate/ Matriculation, if English is not
subject in Diploma Course.
For Group ‘Y’ (Medical Assistant): Intermediate (10+2) Pass with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
For Group ‘Y’ (Other Trades): Intermediate (10+2) Pass in any stream/ subjects with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

Age Limit: Born not earlier than 14.07.1998 and not later than 26.06.2002 (both dates inclusive).

Fees: Rs.250/- for all candidates.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on the performance in Physical Standards Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Written Examination and Medical Examination.
